I had the pleasure of building the brand and assets of local smokehouse and cocktail experts Lexington.

Starting with the logo, Roc, Tom and I built an inspiration board centred around woodburning and spacious, minimal, legible typography.

To make the name pop, I incorporated a stylized superscript ‘O’ into the wordmark. It stands for Lexington being a cut above; the Numero ‘O’ne in local barbecue.

The website was built around assets I created for marketing and menus. We wanted to keep it simple. Food photography, location, hours, and food & drink, reservations – all the information customer could need on a whim, functional for web and mobile.
